Gracie

I’m Gracie and I am 19. I have been a dancer since the age of 2 and it has been my livelihood. Dance has and will always be the thing that brings my soul the most peace, joy, and comfort. Over the last few years I have had issues with my ankle that have made not only dancing, but also daily things like walking, driving, and even standing difficult. The joy I had felt from dancing turned into pain, and not being able to walk or move freely was disheartening. I have had three ankle surgeries, the most recent being an allograft replacement. This surgery has truly changed my life for the better and I could not be more grateful. I am so delighted to be able to return to dancing after healing fully. I cannot wait to feel the joy again, and to live life pain free. I have already felt such a difference, even just through simple daily tasks. From the bottom of my heart, I promise to treat this donation with the best care and appreciation. I am so honored to receive something that is going to impact my life in such a huge way and truly bring my spirit back to life.
