John

John was so full of life! A farm boy, John had a love for the land! He would give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed it. He had such a big heart, smile, and spirit… John had come to have a very strong faith in God during the last 12 years of his life and that shone through him like a beacon! A wonderful sense of humor, ornery, full of love and life! His sudden death at 51 years old was a shock to everyone! But while we will forever mourn him, he will be remembered and celebrated most for the outpouring of unconditional love, laughter, kindness, and how he’d come to live his life for Christ and wasn’t afraid to share his faith with anyone!

I was aware but had forgotten, that John was a tissue donor. The day he died a nurse came in and asked me about it and I knew/know John would want to give everything possible to help someone else have a better life. That is the kind of man John was in life and that certainly was going to be carried over in his death. I pray his donation/s aren’t just physical blessings to the recipients but also help fill their hearts with just a fraction of John’s life, love, spirit, and faith!
