I completed my surgery recently thanks to some bone tissue that was donated. I was told I had considerable bone density loss in my shoulder. After research of this type of surgery repair, I had already begun thinking about my tissue donor and their donation.

Surgery went well! This should help stabilize my shoulder and stop recurring dislocations. As a mom of 4 kiddos I still hope for lots more mobility! My youngest son has been craving a real hug again and I’m hoping to get strength back over the next few months to deliver that to him. This donation will make that possible. I won’t take it for granted.
